Our group of companies is all the time trying to function based on as a self-regulatory mechanism and policy. Our business monitors and ensures its active compliance with the spirit of the law, ethical standards and both the national and international norms and values. Our social responsibility implies that we refrain from employing children under the age of 21, so we do not practice child labour, however, we offer on part time basis, during school and summer holidays certain jobs which are not physical to youth between the ages of 16 and 21 to help them earn some money to be able to support their families during the holidays. We further offer educational lectures and give away educational material for free to the children of our employees to be able to support them financially with education as part of our belief in the fact that everyone must get the chance to get education. At the moment, we are trying to investigate how we can in turn contribute to our environment by decreasing the Carbon Foot Print by combining all our print facilities under one roof. This is our planning for the near future. This way we can decrease the transportation of semi-finished products between our facilities. We are also studying how we can recycle our waste and also decrease our energy consumption by investing in smarter solutions for green energy. We are currently studying a waste water plant to be able to recycle our water for re-use within our facilities. It is worthwhile to mention that our company has a very low labour turnover since we preserve the rights of our employees regardless of the weak labour laws in Egypt. The majority of our employees are long lasting within the company because of the fair labour policies that our company adopts.
